Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ lemon (juice it)
  • 300 g preservin suar

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice kiwi fruit, mix with lemon juice and sugar. Leave to stand for 24 hours so that the fruit draws juice.
  2. Then bring to the boil and let it simmer for 4 minutes.
  3. Pour into a large jar or several small jars and close immediately.
