Ingredients
- 300 g kiwi (s), peeled (approx. 6 pieces)
- 700 g melon (s), peeled reen net
- 1 kg preserving sugar
- 3 cl brandy
- 3 cl Grand Marnier
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 drops food coloring, green

- Cut the fruit into small pieces and stir in a tall enamel pot with the preserving sugar. Heat and let simmer for four minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in both spirits, lemon and food coloring and immediately pour into jam jars.
- Seal with canning skin and rubber rings.
