Ingredients

  • 250 ml water
  • 125 g suar
  • 3 large kiwi (s)

Instructions

  1. Heat the water with the sugar and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Peel the kiwis, cut them into small pieces and add to the sugar syrup. Let simmer for another 5 minutes. Then puree and simmer again for about 5 minutes.
  3. Let the syrup cool down and pour into a bottle. Keeps for a few days in the refrigerator.
