Ingredients
- 6 thick tomato (s)
- 2 snake cucumber (s)
- 1 package sheep cheese
- 1 small onion (s)
- 125 g Kritharaki (noodles in rice form)
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 4 tablespoon condensed milk
- 4 tablespoon chili sauce (sweet chili sauce)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt and pepper

- Cook the kritharaki according to the instructions on the packet.
- Put oil, vinegar, sugar, condensed milk, salt / pepper and chilli sauce in a bowl and stir.
- Chop tomatoes, cucumber, sheep cheese and onions and add to the bowl.
- When the kritharaki noodles are cooked, let them cool down and stir in. Let the salad stand for 2 hours.
- But you can make this salad the day before.
