Ingredients
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon oatmeal
- cinnamon
- 1 dash milk, low in fat
- some raspberries, TK
- almond (s) or desiccated coconut

- Mix the low-fat quark with milk, vanilla sugar and cinnamon until creamy. Then fill about 1/3 of it in a bowl or a jar and layer about 1 tablespoon of oatmeal on top. Now pour in another layer of quark and a layer of oatmeal. Put the rest of the quark cream on top and sprinkle the almonds or desiccated coconut on top.
- Heat the thawed raspberries in the microwave and pour over them last.
- Tip: ready in the morning for work or half an hour before consumption, so the oat flakes soften a little and are nice and soft. Do not add the raspberries until just before you are ready to eat them.
