Lean Potato Cake

A gorgeous lean dessert for dear guests. I recommend the “Potato” cake, which is lean and tasty and lean.

Ingredients

  • Lean cookies – 250 g
  • Walnuts – 250 g
  • Jam – 4-5 tbsp
  • Vegetable margarine – 100 g
  • Cocoa powder – 4.5 tbsp
  • Rum essence (optional) – to taste
  • For sprinkling:
  • Lean cookies – 50 g
  • Cocoa powder – 1.5 tablespoon.
  • Coconut flakes – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Grind lean cookies and walnuts in a blender.
  2. In a bowl, beat the margarine and jam with a mixer. Then add chopped cookies and nuts. Add cocoa. Mix everything well.
  3. Form cakes and roll in topping. And the potato cake can be served.
