Lean Potato Croquettes

I recently got acquainted with an interesting recipe. And now I want to tell you about how to cook lean potato croquettes. If you haven’t done them yet, be sure to try.

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms – 100 Grams
  • Potatoes – 6 Pieces
  • Onions – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Vegetable oil – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt – To taste
  • Spices – To taste
  • Breadcrumbs – 150 Grams

Directions

  1. Prepare the filling first. Peel the onions and carrots, wash and chop finely. Sauté vegetables in oil until soft.
  2. Finely chop the mushrooms and add to the vegetables. Roast everything together for 5 minutes over high heat. Then reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Then add salt and spices to taste, stir.
  3. Rinse the potatoes well and boil until tender for 20 minutes. Next, peel it and soften it in puree. Refrigerate.
  4. Preheat oven to 230 degrees. Make cakes from mashed potatoes. Place the mushroom filling in each. Blind the items into balls.
  5. Bread each croquette. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve the croquettes hot.
