Cheese Croquettes

Cheese croquettes are a spectacular hot snack made from bread, cheese, eggs, and milk.

Ingredients

  • White bread (without crust) – 300 g.
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Cheese – 100 g.
  • Dill greens
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt
  • Breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Cut the white bread into cubes.
  2. We put the bread in a deep bowl, fill it with milk, and leave for 15 minutes.
  3. After that, knead the bread with a fork and drive in 1 egg.
  4. Add cheese, salt, cinnamon grated on a coarse grater and mix thoroughly.
  5. We make balls from the prepared mass.
  6. Dip them in an egg beaten with chopped herbs. Roll in breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry cheese croquettes until golden brown, in a lot of butter.
  8. We spread the cheese croquettes on a napkin so that the glass is butter. Bon Appetit! 🙂
