Potato Croquettes

Since croquettes were prepared especially for the child, they are just with herbs. I like croquettes with cheese and olives better, but my son won’t eat that, so it’s simple. In principle, the options for filling are endless! Everything for your taste and imagination!

Ingredients

  • Boiled potatoes – 500 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Semolina – 1 tablespoon
  • Cream – 30 ml
  • Fresh greens
  • For breading:
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 2 tablespoons
  • Bread crumbs – 4 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil – for deep-fat
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Grind the boiled potatoes until tender. Pour in the cream, egg, add herbs.
  2. Mix well, you can use a mixer. Pour in semolina, and mix too.
  3. Roll the ball with wet hands. Roll it in flour.
  4. Then in a lightly beaten egg.
  5. Then roll in breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  7. Place on a napkin to remove excess oil.

Serve warm.
