Ingredients
- 350 g mararine
- 350 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 6 egg (s)
- 2 lemon (s), (unsprayed), grated zest, some lemon juice
- 350 g flour
- 12 g bakin powder
For the cast:
- 200 g powdered suar
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice

- Make a batter from the ingredients. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet and smooth out. Place a piece of aluminum household foil that has been folded over several times in front of the dough. Bake for about 20 minutes at 175-200 (preheated).
- Sift the icing sugar, stir with the lemon juice until smooth, so that a thick mass is formed, brush the cooled cake with it.
