  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 200 g lentils (can, with soup veetables)
  • 1 pinch anise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, pepper, cumin
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Knead the minced meat with egg, onion, garlic, oat flakes, tomato paste, lemon juice, anise, chilli, salt, pepper and cumin and mix in the lentils. Grease a flat baking dish and spread the mixture about 2 cm high and press it on. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the parsley before serving.
  2. Mix the yogurt with mint, chives and garlic, season with sugar, salt and pepper and serve with it.
