Wash and squeeze the limes. Pick up the shell and rub it off, which we need to decorate at the end. Mix half of the juice with 30 g of powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, margarine, baking powder and water or soy flour to form a dough and chill the dough for about 15 minutes.
During this time you can preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air (200 degrees top and bottom heat).
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 - 3 mm and cut out stars. Bake the stars for 8-10 minutes.
For the glaze, mix the rest of the juice with 150 g of powdered sugar. Always remember: be careful with the juice so that the glaze doesn`t get too runny. Put the icing on the finished stars and decorate with grated lime zest.
