Liver Tubes with Delicious Filling

Ingredients

  • Chicken Liver – 500 Grams
  • Beef Liver – 400 Grams
  • Egg for dough – 4 Pieces
  • Egg for filling – 10 pieces
  • Carrots – 10 Pieces
  • Onions – 4 Pieces
  • Milk – 0.5 Liter
  • Flour – 6 Art. spoons
  • Sour cream – 3 Art. spoons
  • Mayonnaise – 6 Art. spoons
  • Garlic – To taste
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. . Grind chicken and beef liver with a blender and transfer to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add whisked eggs. Add some of the milk to the mixture and the sifted flour.
  2. Whisk the dough and add the rest of the milk. Stir. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat. Bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Prepare the filling: cut the onion in half rings and in half. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add carrots grated on a coarse grater to the onion and simmer until tender.
  4. Add 1-2 tablespoon. tablespoons of sour cream, stir and remove from heat. Grate boiled eggs and garlic on a fine grater. Add mayonnaise, a tablespoon of sour cream and stir.
  5. Arrange the pancakes with the dark side down and brush with a thin layer of egg filling. Place 1 tablespoon on the edge of the pancake. spoon frying and roll the pancake into a roll.
  6. Cut the pancakes in half and refrigerate for 1 hour.
