- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 medium onion (s)
- raw ham, diced
- 4 egg (s)
- 50 ml milk
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- spice (s), e.g., Nutmeg and chilli flakes
- possibly caraway seeds

- Peel the kohlrabi, cut in half, cut into slices and cook in lightly salted water for about 5 minutes. If necessary, add a little more caraway seeds to the water.
- Dice the onions and sauté in a pan with a little oil and a few cubes of raw ham. Then add the kohlrabi, season with salt and pepper and fry until golden brown. Set aside the vegetables with the ham.
- Season the eggs with milk, salt, pepper and other spices to taste. I take e.g., would like to add some nutmeg and chilli flakes. Whisk the eggs, put them in a pan and let them set. Then distribute the fried cabbage on half of the omelette and fold the omelette.
