Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 pinch (s) garlic powder
  • 0.5 pinch ½ (s) oregano
  • 2 Table spoons milk

Also:

  • 0.75 ¾ Slice (s) cheese, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 slice ham, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 date cherry tomatoes, quartered

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs with the milk and spices, mix in the tomatoes, ham and cheese.
  2. Fry in a little oil in a pan. Turn the omelette after about 1 - 1 1/2 minutes and fry for a further 1 - 1 1/2 minutes.
