Ingredients
- 100 g flour (almond flour - round almonds)
- 100 g flaxseed
- 3 tablespoon soy flour
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds or sunflower seeds
- 6 tablespoon bran (wheat bran)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- some bread spice mixture, possibly
- 250 g quark (20% fat)
- 5 large egg (s) (size L)
