Ingredients

  • 200 g fish, (smoked mackerel fillet)
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s), (red or green)
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 small onion (s), red
  • 1 teaspoon coriander, (powder) alternatively 3 tablespoons fresh chopped
  • 150 g sour cream
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the mackerel fillets and possibly remove the bones, chop them up and place in a bowl.
  2. Wash and core the chilli pepper, cut into small pieces, peel the garlic clove and pass through the press, peel the onion as well and chop it into small pieces. Add everything to the fillets, add the coriander spice or fresh, chopped coriander and the sour cream to the bowl and mix everything with a fork to a fine mixture. Season to taste with lemon juice and salt and pepper as required.
  3. The spread can be used immediately e.g., be arranged and served on baguettes.
