Ingredients

  • 1 can mackerel (s), fillets, in its own juice
  • 1 can mackerel (s), fillets, in oil
  • 1 m-sized egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 apple
  • 5 pickles, or mustard pickles
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Clove pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the mackerel fillets, place in a bowl with some of the oil and mash with a fork. Cut the eggs, the peeled apple and the cucumber (use more if necessary) into cubes and mix in. Add the mustard, mayonnaise and pepper.

  4. You can also make the salad with smoked or fresh fish.
