Ingredients

  • 2 vanilla pod (s)

  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 0.25 liter ¼ water
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper or Tabasco
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 cl rum or tequilla

Instructions

  1. Let the vanilla sticks simmer in the milk for 10 minutes. Scrape out the pulp and bring to the boil with the cocoa in the water. Add milk and stir well. Stir in honey, cane sugar, cayenne pepper, salt and rum. Finished! Serve very hot or well chilled.
