Ingredients

  • g 1,200 pork (minute steaks)
  • 16 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 8 tablespoon water
  • 1 head garlic, Chinese, or 4 cloves

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate or press the garlic (1 head Chinese garlic or 4 cloves)
  2. In a bowl, combine 5 tablespoon soy sauce, 5 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoons paprika powder, 2 teaspoons curry powder, 1 teaspoon pepper, 2 tablespoon medium hot mustard, 2 teaspoons sugar, 3 teaspoons tomato paste, 8 tablespoon water, and the grated garlic
  3. Use an immersion blender to mix the marinade well
  4. Lightly pound the 1,200 g pork minute steaks
  5. Dip or brush each steak into the marinade
  6. Place the steaks in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over them
  7. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
  8. If using a non-stick pan, you don't need oil; if using a regular pan, heat 16 tablespoon sunflower oil over medium-high heat
  9. Fry or grill the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side until browned
  10. Transfer the cooked steaks to a covered oven-safe dish
  11. Bake covered at 120°C (248°F) for 10 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F)
