  • 750 ml water
  • 250 ml herb vinegar, good quality
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 6 clove (s)
  • 10 grains pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 onion (s), small and whole
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Bring everything except the mushrooms to the boil briefly in the vinegar water. Cook with the added whole mushrooms without a stem for 10 minutes, fill them to the brim with boiling hot into hot rinsed glasses and close them immediately.
  2. Just enjoy.
