Ingredients

  • 4 tuna steak (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce, sweet (Ketjap Manis)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper
  • some chilli pepper (s), dried, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the garlic and put it in a bowl. Then add the soy sauce, the balsamic vinegar and the oil. Mix well and season with salt, pepper and chilli to taste.
  2. Now put the tuna steaks in the finished marinade, turn them well and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Then grill or fry very briefly.
  4. Basmati rice and salad are served with it.
