Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 100 g marzipan paste
- 3 tablespoon almond (s), chopped
- 4 apples, sour, e.g., Boskoop
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- liter ⅛ apple juice
- 1 packet sauce powder, vanilla for /2 l. milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 liter ½ milk

- Cut the marzipan into pieces. Knead the raisins and almonds with it. Divide the mixture into four pieces and shape into 1 cm thick rolls.
- Cut a lid off the apples. Cut out the core casing. Stuff a marzipan roll into each of the holes.
- Place in a flat baking dish, drizzle with lemon and apple juice and fry in the oven at 200 ° C for 25 minutes.
- Mix the sauce powder with sugar and 3 tablespoons of milk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil and add the sauce powder and bring to the boil while stirring.
- Pour the sauce over the baked apples, sprinkle with raisins and almonds.
