Meat Bowl with Mushrooms and Vegetables

A meatball with mushrooms and vegetables is a bright, elegant decoration of any festive table, but how juicy and tasty it is! The combination of vegetables, mushrooms and the most delicate meat will surely conquer your guests with its multifaceted taste.

Ingredients

  • Pork (pulp) – 350-400 g
  • Chicken fillet – 100 g
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 60-70 g
  • Champignons – 5-7 pcs.
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Green onion – 3-5 feathers
  • Dill – 3 branches
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Oregano – 1 pinch
  • Basil – 1 pinch
  • Ground red pepper – 1 pinch
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste

For decoration (optional):

  • Cranberry
  • Greens
  • Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. We prepare products for cooking a meatball with mushrooms and vegetables.
    In the cooking process, we need foil.
  2. Rinse the pork and cut into 4-5 steaks.
  3. We beat off each piece from two sides.
  4. Rub with salt and spices.
  5. We wash the chicken meat and cut it into strips.
  6. We put in a bowl, salt and put spices.
  7. Combine soy sauce, mustard, vegetable oil (2 tablespoons), squeeze out 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. We mix.
  8. Pour both types of meat with the resulting sauce. Leave to marinate while we prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  9. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic.
  10. We peel the carrots and three on a coarse grater.
  11. Three cheese on a fine grater.
  12. Grind the herbs and squeeze out 1 clove of garlic using a press.
  13. We combine cheese, herbs and garlic.
  14. Stuff the mushroom caps with the resulting mass.
  15. We cover the rounded shape (I have a deep bowl) with foil so that the edges hang down.
  16. Put the chopped pork with an overlap, the edges should hang down.
  17. We spread 2 tbsp fried vegetables.
  18. Cover with the hanging edges of the pork.
  19. Wrap it tightly with foil, forming a ball. We put the ball in a baking sheet or mold. We send the ball to the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  20. We release the ball (to the middle) from the foil and send it to the oven for 15-20 minutes for browning. If your oven supports convection, turn it on.
  21. Let the meatball cool and decorate as desired. I used herbs, mayonnaise and cranberries.
  22. The meatball with mushrooms and vegetables is ready.
