  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 roll
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 300 g cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 5 onion (s)
  • possibly garlic
  • possibly chili powder
  • possibly parsley
  • Spice (s)
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. For the minced meat dough, mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onions, the diced paprika and the cheese, also diced, as well as the eggs and the soaked rolls. If you want, you can also use garlic, chilli and parsley. Place the dough on a greased tray.
  2. Then make the topping: Mix the sour cream, whipped cream, tomato paste and chili sauce in a bowl with the mushrooms. Cut the onions into thin slices and sauté briefly, then mix in. Now distribute the topping on the minced meat.
  3. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
  4. A well-prepared party dish. Serve with fresh farmer`s bread or baguette. The rest also tastes cold.
