Meatballs Made from Minced Meat and Vegetables

Instructions

Clean the soup greens and the onion and cut into small pieces. Peel the garlic. Put everything in the food processor and chop very finely with the cleaver. Please make sure that with the soup greens there is always a nice large piece of celery or celery, this results in this distinctive taste.
Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped vegetables and the other ingredients and shape into meatballs. Fry the meatballs until golden brown.
