Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For covering:

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 handful olives, black
  • 200 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 small Can corn
  • basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add an egg, knead with water and salt, and chill while preparing the other ingredients. Cut the onion and peppers into small cubes, fry them briefly in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil, then add the minced meat and fry as well.
  2. Cut the olives and cherry tomatoes into slices. Crumble the sheep cheese. Puree 2 tablespoons of it with the 2 remaining eggs and milk, add to the minced meat and paprika mixture with corn, olives and cherry tomatoes, stir and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread the minced meat mixture on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
