Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g ham, cooked, diced
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 roll, stale
  • 1 small Can (s) mushrooms, cut into small pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 medium onion (s), finely diced
  • some margarine, for greasing
  • some breadcrumbs
  • 200 g breakfast bacon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Grease a loaf pan with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  3. Line the pan with bacon.
  4. Soak the bun, squeeze it out. Add minced meat, boiled ham, egg, mushrooms, onions, parsley and spices and mix together. Put the minced meat mixture in the mold and bake for about 50-60 minutes.
