Ingredients
- 3 slices toast
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 packet mozzarella
- 10 tomato (s), dried in oil
- 750 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 150 g breakfast bacon
- 1 medium tomato (s)

- Soak the toast. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Dice the mozzarella except for 3 thin slices for garnish. Drain the dried tomatoes and chop finely.
- Knead the squeezed toast bread, mince, egg, onion, garlic, herbs, tomato paste, mustard, paprika powder, salt and pepper. Knead the tomatoes and cheese under it. Shape into a long loaf.
- Place in an ovenproof dish. Lay the bacon close to the roast.
- Fry in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 degrees, convection: 150 degrees, gas: level 2) for 50-60 minutes.
- Wash and slice tomato. Take out the meatloaf and let it rest for 10 minutes. Garnish with tomato slices and the rest of the mozzarella.
