Ingredients

  • 300 g canned tuna (in water)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste, three times concentrated
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, ground
  • 1 teaspoon herbs Provence, ground
  • 2 tablespoon capers, pickled (not in oil)
  • 1 artichoke (s), pickled (not in oil)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 150 g feta cheese, low in fat
  • 30 g parmesan, rated

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna well, place in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the eggs and mix well. Place this mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and put it in the oven preheated to 180 ° C (no convection!) Bake for 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, mix the tomato paste with the water, salt, pepper and the herbs of Provence to a creamy sauce. Cut the onion into very fine rings. Likewise, cut the artichoke. Cut the feta cheese into thin strips and grate the parmesan cheese.
