Mexican Yellow Rice

A spicy Mexican dish based on rice, beans, and corn

Ingredients

Directions

I soak the beans overnight and boil until cooked.
I drain the water and let it drain
Finely chop the onions
Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices
I extract the seeds from the pepper and cut them into small pieces
Fry onions, garlic, and peppers in vegetable oil
I add rice, spices, and salt.
Fry for 3-4 minutes
I spread the tomato paste and pour in the water
Cover and carcass for 25 minutes
I spread the beans and corn.
Carcass until fully cooked
