  • 1 liter milk (whole milk) (3.5%, .5% also possible)
  • 30 g butter
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 250 g pasta

Instructions

  1. Bring milk with butter and salt to a boil. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Finally add the pasta and let it swell on the lowest level for about 20 to 30 minutes. (The time indicated depends on the type of pasta used.) Stir again and again in between. Serve hot.
