Ingredients

  • Beef – 0.5 Kilogram
  • Potatoes – 1 Piece
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Milk – 100 Milliliters
  • Black bread – To taste (slice)
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Pepper – To taste
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Cut a piece of black bread in half and fill it with milk.
  2. Rinse and dry the beef. Peel potatoes, onions and garlic.
  3. Cut the meat and vegetables into medium pieces.
  4. Now we pass everything through a meat grinder.
  5. Together with meat and vegetables, we pass the soaked bread through a meat grinder.
  6. We twist the resulting minced meat again in a meat grinder. Add egg, salt and pepper. We mix.
  7. It is necessary to knead the minced meat thoroughly.
