Ingredients

  • 750 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large vegetable onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), green
  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled, 850 ml
  • 1 small Bottle / s ketchup (curry)
  • 4 half peach (s), canned
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the finely chopped green onion. Clean the peppers, remove the stones and white partitions, cut into small cubes, add them and cook with them. Deglaze with the canned tomatoes and mash the tomatoes a little. Let simmer a little. Then add the curry ketchup and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the peach halves into small cubes and add the crème fraîche at the very end. Possibly add some peach juice from the can, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with spaetzle or baguette. The next day tastes even better when pulled through.
