Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat (pork, beef or mixed)
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder
  • 3 rolls, stale
  • 500 g onion (s)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 500 g bell pepper (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 glass sauce (gypsy sauce)
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda)

Instructions

  1. Soak the rolls. Knead the minced meat with the squeezed bun, eggs, crushed garlic and spices. Spread the meat batter on a baking sheet. Cut the onions into rings and the peppers into strips and spread on top. Mix the cream with the gypsy sauce and pour over it. Now in the oven for about 30 minutes at 225 degrees. Sprinkle with Gouda cheese and bake, then bake for another 10 minutes at the same temperature.
