Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 thick onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • fat
  • some tomato paste
  • 500 g tomato (s), passed
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g processed cheese, with herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, Italian, e.g. basil, oregano, marjoram
  • 200 g noodles (Kritharaki)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, sauté the onion with the garlic in a little fat. Add the minced meat. When it is well done, add the tomato paste. Salt and pepper, feel free to season generously! Deglaze with the tomatoes, broth and cream and let simmer a little. Then add the processed cheese and dissolve. Season spicy with the herbs. Finally, pour in the rice noodles and cook until they are soft. You may need to add a little broth so that everything doesn`t get too thick.
