Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 large onion (s), chopped
  • 1 bunch leek, cut into rings, only the light green
  • 1 large clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves, best to tear
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s), finely chopped
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in the oil in a wok or a large pan, fry the onions and leeks after a while, then fry the garlic briefly. Deglaze with the broth, then add the coconut milk, lime leaves and chilli and simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat. Finally, season with the soy sauce and possibly salt and pepper.
  2. There is also spaghetti.
