  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 cup rice (long grain rice)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. For the rice, bring two cups of water with a little salt to a boil and cook until the water has been completely absorbed by the rice.
  2. Fry the onions and add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put the sour cream in a container and press in the 3 cloves of garlic, season with salt and pepper. Let something go.
  4. When the rice and ground beef are ready, mix them together. Place hot on a plate and cover with the garlic sauce.
