Mix the minced meat with salt and pepper, then shape into six balls. Press a deep hollow into each of the balls with the bottom of a cup. Place the minced meat shells on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and wrap each one with a slice of bacon. Fix the bacon with toothpicks. Put the bowls in the oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
For the filling, mix the jalapeños, spring onions, cream cheese and grated cheddar with paprika and pepper.
Remove the toothpicks from the mince bowls and fill the bowls with the cheese mixture. Brush the outside of the bowls with barbecue sauce. Put the filled bowls in the oven again for 5 minutes at 200 ° C. Place the pods on a burger patty while they are still hot.
