Instructions

Cook the fries in the oven according to the instructions on the packet until they are cooked through but still soft. In the meantime, cut the onion into rings and the bacon into small strips. Season the fries to taste (french fries) and place in a baking dish together with the bacon and onions. Spread the mozzarella and sliced cheese on top as desired. Then put it back in the oven until the cheese has spread out nicely.
Mix the chives and sour cream and season to taste. Serve with the cheesy fries.
Tastes outrageously good and makes you feel full (and goes outrageously on your hips!).
