Ingredients

  • 8 pork steak (s) (minute steaks)
  • 4 tomato (s), aromatic
  • 1 bag fried onions
  • 2 packs processed cheese (Chester)
  • 1 bottle sauce (garlic sauce)
  • 1 bottle sauce (cocktail sauce)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking sheet or cover with baking paper. Slice the 4 aromatic tomatoes.
  2. Place the 8 pork steaks on the sheet. Top with tomato slices, fried onions, and processed cheese.
  3. Mix the garlic sauce, cocktail sauce, crème fraîche, and pressed garlic in a bowl. Spread over the steaks.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 392°F (convection). Bake for 30-40 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 63°C / 145°F.
