Ingredients

  • 6 steak (s) (minute pork steaks)
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, frozen
  • 3 tablespoon mushrooms, frozen (or 1 small can, drained)
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the minute steaks once lengthways, lightly salt and pepper. Then wrap a strip of bacon around each steak.
  2. Heat a large piece of butter in a non-stick pan, fry the minute steaks and put a lid on the pan. Turn down the temperature of the stove a little. Let the steaks stew for approx. 4-5 minutes, turning once if necessary. It should collect a nice roasting set. Remove the steaks, keep warm and stew a small diced onion and mushrooms in the roasting dish, season with the herbs and sour cream. Finally, put the meat back into the sauce and toss in it.
  3. There is not much sauce, so it is best to serve croquettes or hash browns with it.
