Ingredients
- 1 head Lollo Bianco
- 1 head Lollo Rosso
- 1 mango (s)
- 2 bowls cherry tomato (s)
- 2 bag / s pine nuts
- 100 ml olive oil
- 100 ml water
- 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 1 tablespoon honey, liquid
- 1 packet herbs, frozen, mixed,
- 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar, white
- some orange juice
- salt and pepper

- Wash the lettuce and pluck it into small pieces (you can of course also use other lettuce, e.g. lamb`s lettuce, oak leaf lettuce, etc.), cut the mango into small pieces, wash the tomatoes and cut in half or quarter. Put everything in a bowl and mix.
- Roast the pine nuts in a pan, leave to cool and sprinkle over the salad.
- Make a dressing from oil, water, mustard, honey, herbs, crème fraîche, balsamic vinegar and orange juice and season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
