Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 125 ml cream, sweet
- 2 tablespoon coffee powder, instant
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 350 ml brandy

- Beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the cream, coffee and cornstarch. Beat the mass in a hot water bath for about 15 minutes until it becomes creamy and rises high. Let cool, stir in the brandy and fill the liqueur into bottles.
