Ingredients
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g chocolate, with approx. 50% cocoa content
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 120 g ladyfiners
- 400 g cream

- Warm milk and chocolate but do not boil. Dissolve the butter in it. Fold in the egg yolks. Line a casserole with ladyfingers and drizzle with water. Cover with the chocolate mixture and refrigerate.
- Before serving, whip the cream and spread over the mixture. The amount of cream is variable, depending on your preference. The mass should be well covered with cream.
