Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breasts

For the marinade:

  • 2 lemon (s), juice it
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 pinch (s) cumin
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Mash the garlic and sprinkle with salt. Add all other ingredients and arrange to marinade. Leave the chicken pieces in it overnight (in the refrigerator).
  2. Put pieces of meat on the skewers and keep some marinade between the pieces. Then fry well and serve hot or cold.
