Ingredients

  • 250 g pork fillet (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 pinch coriander, freshly ground
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into strips lengthways to the fibers.
  2. Press the clove of garlic, grind the cumin and coriander and mix with the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, chili powder and paprika powder, put the meat strips in the marinade and let it steep for at least 2 hours.
  3. Then skewer slightly wavy and fry briefly in a grill pan without oil. Be careful, the meat is ready very quickly.
  4. Depending on the number of several tapas, the amount is sufficient for more or less eaters.
