Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 350 g minced meat, mixed
  • 25 g processed cheese (mushroom)
  • 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup or tomato paste
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 200 g cucumber (s)
  • 2 baguette (s) rolls
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, dice finely and sauté in hot oil. Add the mince and fry until crumbly until golden. Add the processed cheese and ketchup and stir in everything with salt and pepper to taste. Cut the mushrooms into slices and mix with the mince.
  2. Wash the cucumber, also cut into slices.
  3. Halve the bun. Place the halves on a baking sheet with the cut surface facing up and cover with cucumber slices. Spread the mushroom mince mixture on top. Grate cheese and sprinkle over it.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 10 minutes.
  5. Electric stove 200 degrees, gas: level 3, convection: 180 degrees.
