Ingredients

  • 350 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 2 glasses tomato (s) or pizza sauce, seasoned
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 250 g pasta, (e.. spirals)
  • salt
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions

  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Fry the minced meat and onion, season with salt and pepper, then add the mushrooms and fry. Pour in the tomato sauce and add the pasta (uncooked). Now pour in enough water to cover the pasta. Let the pasta cook and stir from time to time. Now season again vigorously. You can also add a stock cube if it is not strong enough.
