  • 240 g butter
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 280 g suar
  • 280 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 4 egg whites
  • 300 g hazelnuts, round
  • 240 g suar

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until foamy, gradually stir in the sugar, eggs and egg yolks.
  2. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve over the dough mixture and stir in.
  3. Spread the dough on a greased tray.
  4. Beat the egg white until stiff, fold in the sugar and nuts and distribute the mixture on the dough.
  5. Bake at 175 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let cool and cut into pieces.
